The Vikings got the season off to a great start with a 41-21 win over Central Catholic High in Modesto on Friday night.
The Chico High Panthers also had their way with a non-league opponent easily handling Nevada Union 42-13 at Chico High. Both the Panthers and Vikings hope it springboards them into a successful 2025 campaign.
Most teams in the North Valley will get their seasons started next week. KpaySports will be broadcasting live from Om Wraith Field on the campus of Paradise High when the Bobcats take on powerhouse Orland. We will be on the air at 7pm on Friday night.
