YOUR 2020 HOME FOR OAKLAND A'S BASEBALL IS
KPAY SPORTS 1290 !!!!!
The deal is done !!! KpaySports 1290 has finalized an agreement with the Oakland A's to carry all 60 games during the 2020 season.
The A's will open the season on Friday July 24th against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in Oakland. KpaySports will carry every game home and away including the post-season.
"We are very excited to carry A's baseball. Northstate fans are hungry for sports and there is nothing like having a great team, with great broadcasters deliver it to the rabid baseball fans here in Northern California," said KpaySports Program Director Mike Baca.
The A's are coming off a playoff season in 2019 and have several young talented stars entering the prime of their careers. Shortstop Marcus Semien was in the running for the AL MVP. Gold Glove winning third baseman Matt Chapman is coming off a fantastic campaign, while first baseman Matt Olson provides some left-handed pop in the middle of the lineup.
On the mound the A's are excited about hard-throwing left-hander Jesus Luzardo and a stable of young power arms that should have them contending for the American League West.
The A's will play two exhibition games against the San Francisco Giants on July 20th and 21st before opening the regular season against the Angels.
Oakland opens the season with a 6-game homestand before hitting the road for their first road-trip of the season.
